Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
The Companies Act 1993
On the 22nd day of February 2002, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 (2) (e) of the Companies Act 1993, that RW and SV Richmond Limited be liquidated and that T. J. Withers, of Hunter Withers, Pukekohe, be appointed as liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 22nd day of February 2002.

Pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993, the directors resolved that the company will be able to pay its debts.
