Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993
Pursuant to an order of the High Court at Rotorua dated the 18th day of February 2002 at 12.53 p.m. and 12.50 p.m. respectively, Kenneth Peter Brown and Sheree Ann Hart, chartered accountants of Te Puke, were appointed joint and several liquidators.
The liquidations commenced on the 18th day of February 2002 at 12.53 p.m. and 12.50 p.m. respectively.
