Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
On the 18th day of February 2002, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Hamblin Investments Limited be liquidated and that Steven Francis Clerk, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 18th day of February 2002.
