Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On the 13th day of February 2002, Raymond G. Burgess was appointed liquidator of the above-named company by special resolution of shareholders.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator fixes the 15th day of March 2002, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any title they may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
