Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Gary Traveller and John Howard Ross Fisk, chartered accountants of Wellington, were jointly and severally appointed liquidators of TIS Administration New Zealand Limited ("the company") on the 18th day of February 2002 at 9.00 a.m., by the shareholders of the company.

Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix the 8th day of March 2002, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
