Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of the
above-named companies commenced on the 14th day of February 2002 at 10.05 a.m., when the members appointed Stephen Mark Lawrence and Brendon James Gibson liquidators jointly and severally in accordance with section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
