Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On the 29th day of November 2001, it was resolved by special resolution of members, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Tokoroa Rugby Football Club Incorporated be liquidated and that David Charles Edwards, accounting clerk of Tokoroa, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 30th day of November 2001.
