Notice to Creditors to Claim
The Companies Act 1993
On the 17th day of December 2001 at 10.50 a.m., it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that GW & LM Properties Limited be liquidated and that Peter William Young, chartered accountant of KPMG, Christchurch, be appointed as liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 17th day of December 2001 at 10.50 a.m.
The directors have resolved that the company will be able to pay its debts.
Pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993, a copy of the resolution has been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
The liquidator does hereby fix Friday, the 8th day of February 2001, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or excluded from objecting to any distribution made before the priority of their claim is established.
