Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Dennis Clifford Parsons and Katherine Louise Kenealy, insolvency practitioners of Hamilton, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies on the 11th day of February 2002 at the stated times, pursuant to section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993:
