Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
The Companies Act 1993
On the 11th day of February 2002, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that Candor Holdings Limited be liquidated and that Richard Langlands, of Hamilton, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 11th day of February 2002 at 8.00 a.m.
Creditors and shareholders may direct inquiries to me during normal business hours at the address and telephone number stated below.
The directors have resolved that the company will be able to pay debts and, pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993, a copy of the resolution has been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
