Jeffrey Philip Meltzer and Arron Leslie Heath, chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of Sherwood Producers & Exporters Limited (in liquidation) on the 16th day of January 2002 at 3.30 p.m., pursuant to section 283 (2) of the Companies Act 1993, following the resignation of Brian Leo McPhail.
