We, the undersigned, do hereby certify that we did on the 30th day of June 2001 dissolve the partnership which was created on the 30th day of March 1999 under the style of Ilton & Oxford Investments Limited & Company which firm consisted of:

Ilton & Oxford Holdings Limited (in its capacity as trustee of The Ilton & Oxford Family Trust) at Level Five, West Plaza, corner of Albert and Fanshawe Streets,
in the City of Auckland, New Zealand, as a Special Partner; and
Ilton & Oxford Investments Limited at Level One, Central Bank of Samoa Building, Beach Road in the City of Apia, Samoa, as a General Partner.
