Notice of Amalgamation Proposal
Pursuant to Section 221 (4) (b) of the Companies Act 1993
Lisnoe Investments Limited and Paxflow Limited hereby give notice that in not less than 20 working days from the date of this notice, they propose amalgamating and continuing as Lisnoe Investments Limited.
Any member or creditor of any of the above-named companies, or any person to whom any of the
above-named companies is obligated, may inspect copies
of the amalgamation proposal at the registered offices of
the companies as follows:
Paxflow Limited at its registered office at 2 Crummer Road, Ponsonby, Auckland.
Lisnoe Investments Limited at its registered office, care of Jones Young, Level Fourteen, ASB Bank Centre, 135 Albert Street, Auckland.
Any member or creditor shall be entitled to receive a copy of the amalgamation proposal free of charge upon request to any of the above-named companies.
