Public Notice of Amalgamation Proposal
Pursuant to Section 221 (4) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is given by Thurston Forestry Limited of an amalgamation proposal affecting the company.
Under the amalgamation proposal, Thurston Forestry Limited and Carter Holt Harvey Forests Limited are to amalgamate and continue as one company (being Carter Holt Harvey Forests Limited).
Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection during normal business hours by any shareholder or creditor of the company or of Carter Holt Harvey Forests Limited, or any person to whom the company or Carter Holt Harvey Forests Limited is under an obligation, at the registered offices of the company and Carter Holt Harvey Forests Limited situated at 640 Great South Road, Manukau City, Auckland.
A shareholder or creditor of the company or of Carter Holt Harvey Forests Limited, or any person to whom the company or Carter Holt Harvey Forests Limited is under an obligation, is entitled to be supplied free of charge with a copy of the amalgamation proposal upon request to the company or to Carter Holt Harvey Forests Limited.
