Maketu Estates Limited gives notice, in accordance with section 221 of the Companies Act 1993, that it intends to amalgamate with Maketu Properties Limited.
Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection by creditors, shareholders or obligees of the amalgamating companies at the registered office of the companies during normal business hours.
