I hereby give notice that I intend to correct the Register of Charges for Ngamihi Holdings Limited, in accordance with section 108 of the Companies Act 1955, by amending the following registered charge:

Chargeholders: Bank of New Zealand.
Date of Creation of Charge: 10 September 2001.
Date of Registration of Charge: 19 September 2001.
Applicant: Hamilton Legal Services Limited, P.O. Box 19-049, Hamilton.
I am satisfied that an omission to supply all particulars of this charge was accidental or due to inadvertence.
Unless, under section 108 (1) (c), written notice of an objection to this action is delivered to the address below no later than the 28th day of November 2001, being not less than 20 working days from the date of this notice, the Charge Register will be corrected accordingly.
