Notice in Respect of an Amalgamation Proposal
Pursuant to Section 221 (4) (b) of the Companies Act 1993
It is proposed that CDD Holdings Limited amalgamate with Canterbury Poultry Farmers Co-operative Limited in accordance with section 221 (1) of the Companies Act 1993.
Upon amalgamation CCD Holdings Limited will continue as the amalgamated company under the name of CCD Holdings Limited.
Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection during normal business hours by any shareholder or creditor of CCD Holdings Limited or Canterbury Poultry Farmers Co-operative Limited, or any person to whom either of them is under an obligation, at their registered office being:
472 Cranford Street, Papanui/Redwood, Christchurch.
A shareholder or creditor of CCD Holdings Limited
or Canterbury Poultry Farmers Co-operative Limited, or any person to whom either of them is under an obligation, is entitled to be supplied free of charge with a copy of the amalgamation proposal upon request to either of them, at the registered office stated above.
The amalgamation proposal has been approved by a special resolution of the shareholders of each amalgamating company.
