Notice of Amalgamation Proposal
Pursuant to Section 221 (4) (b) (i) and (ii) of the Companies Act 1993
The directors of NewVision Laser Centre Limited and Fendalton Eye Clinic Limited hereby give notice that it is proposed that they will amalgamate on the 9th day of November 2001, and from amalgamation, the amalgamated companies shall be known as Fendalton Eye Clinic Limited.
Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection, and a copy supplied free of charge upon request, by any shareholder or creditor of NewVision Laser Centre Limited or Fendalton Eye Clinic Limited or any person to whom NewVision Laser Centre Limited or Fendalton Eye Clinic Limited is under an obligation at 10-12 Otara Street, Christchurch and also at the offices of Duncan Cotterill, Solicitors, Levels Eight and Nine, Clarendon Tower, corner of Oxford Terrace and Hereford Street
