Notice of Proposed Amalgamation
Notice is given by the board of the company that it is proposed that the company will amalgamate with Murray Darnill Limited on the 30th day of June 2001.
Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection during normal business hours by any member or creditor of the company or to any person to whom the company is under an obligation.
Any mentioned persons are entitled to be supplied free of charge with a copy of the amalgamation proposal upon request to the company.
