Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 221 (4) of the Companies Act 1993, that the board of directors of Tinui Forest Park Limited together with the board of directors
of Tinui East Forest Limited (being the amalgamating companies) have resolved to amalgamate.
The amalgamated (continuing) company will be Tinui Forest Park Limited.
All assets and undertakings of the amalgamating companies, and all rights, obligations and liabilities owing by or to the amalgamating companies will upon amalgamation be transferred to the amalgamated company.
Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection by any shareholder or creditor of the amalgamating companies, or any person to whom an amalgamating company is under an obligation, at the registered offices of the amalgamating companies during the normal business hours.
Any shareholder or creditor of an amalgamating company, or any person to whom an amalgamating company is under an obligation, is entitled to be supplied free of charge with a copy of the amalgamation proposal upon request to an amalgamating company.

The registered office of Tinui East Forest Limited is at
the offices of Fenton McFadden, Solicitors, corner of Queen and Oxford Streets, Te Puke.
