Notice of Amalgamation Proposal
In the matter of section 221 of the Companies Act 1993, the following companies hereby give public notice that Spagalimis Victoria Street Limited and Spagalimis Restaurant Church Corner Limited propose to amalgamate:
Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection by any shareholder or creditor of an amalgamating company, or any person to whom an amalgamating company is under an obligation, at the registered office of the amalgamating companies, which is at the amalgamating companies' accountants, G T Mould, Second Floor, 70 Gloucester Street, Christchurch, during normal business hours.
A shareholder or creditor of an amalgamating company or any person to whom an amalgamating company is under an obligation is entitled to be supplied free of charge with a copy of the amalgamation proposal upon request to an amalgamating company.
The date on which the amalgamation is intended to become effective is on the 1st day of April 2001, or such later date as is shown on the certificate of amalgamation issued by the Registrar of Companies.
