I hereby give notice that on the 6th day of March 2001,
I registered an instrument of dissolution of Hastings Taxi Co-operative Society Limited.
Unless, within 3 months from the date of publication of this advertisement, a member or other person interested in or having claim on the funds of the society commences proceedings to set aside the dissolution of the society, under the above section, and such dissolution is set aside, the society shall be legally dissolved from such date of publication.
Notice of any such proceeding is to be sent to the
Registrar of Industrial and Provident Societies, Level
Five, District Court Building, 3 Kingston Street, Auckland (Postal Address: Private Bag 92-061, Auckland Mail Centre, Auckland) not less than 7 days before such proceeding is commenced.
