Notice of Proposed Amalgamation
Pursuant to Section 221 (4) of the Companies Act 1993
It is proposed that Supa Gas (NZ) Limited, SupaGas (Auck) Limited, Oxyman Limited and Gas Cylinder Supply Limited amalgamate, under section 221 of the Companies Act 1993, on the 1st day of April 2001.
Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection by any shareholder or creditor of the amalgamating companies, or by any person to whom an amalgamating company is under an obligation, at the following address during normal business hours:
Care of Vazey Child, 19 Worley Place, Hamilton.
A shareholder or creditor of either amalgamating company or any person to whom an amalgamating company is under an obligation, is entitled to be supplied free of charge with a copy of the amalgamation proposal upon request to either amalgamating company.
