Notice of Meeting of Creditors
The Companies Act 1993
Pursuant to section 243 of the Companies Act 1993, a meeting of creditors is called to consider:
(a) An application from the liquidator of administration since appointment;
(b) To receive the views of creditors.
(c) General business.
The meeting will be held on Tuesday, the 20th day of February 2001 at 9.00 a.m., Conference Room, Bower House, 24 Bower Street, Napier.
