Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to Section 243 of the Companies Act 1993
A meeting of creditors of Hunters Inn (1994) Limited
(in liquidation) will be held at the offices of the liquidator, Ground Floor, 26 Hobson Street, Auckland, on the 14th day of December 2001 commencing at 2.00 p.m.
Agenda:
1. To receiver the liquidator's first report.
2. To consider the views of the creditors.
3. To consider whether to make an application to the Court for the appointment of a liquidator in place of the liquidator so appointed.
4. To appoint a liquidation committee if appropriate.
