Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to Section 243 of the Companies Act 1993
A meeting of creditors is called to consider:
(a) An explanation from the liquidator of administration since appointment;
(b) confirmation of the current liquidator or replacement by another;
(c) to receive the views of creditors; and
(c) general business.
The meeting will be held on Friday, the 9th day of November 2001 at 2.00 p.m., Board Room, Buddle Findlay, Barristers and Solicitors, Seventeenth Floor, State Insurance Building, 1 Willis Street, Wellington.
