Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to Section 243 of the Companies Act 1993
We, Vivian Judith Fatupaito and Richard Dale Agnew, of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of GFF Limited by the shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act"), on the 20th day of December 2000.
A meeting of creditors will be held at Room Three, Institute of Chartered Accountants of New Zealand, 27-33 Ohinerau Street, Remuera, Auckland, on Tuesday, the 20th day of February 2001 commencing at 10.00 a.m.
The business to be transacted at the meeting is whether:
(a) to appoint another liquidator;
(b) to convey the views of creditors to the liquidators;
(c) to appoint a liquidation committee.
Creditors may exercise their right to vote by being present in person, by appointing a proxy or by postal vote.
