Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to Section 243 of the Companies Act 1993
A meeting of creditors is called to consider:
(a) An explanation from the liquidator of administration since appointment;
(b) To receive the views of creditors; and
(c) General business.
The meeting will be held on Monday, the 5th day of February 2001 at 11.00 a.m., at Buddle Findlay, Solicitors, Seventeenth Floor, BNZ Centre, 1 Willis Street, Wellington.
