Notice of Meeting of Creditors
In accordance with section 243 (3) of the Companies Act 1993, a meeting of creditors of the above-named company will be held in the offices of Staples Rodway Limited, Level Eleven, Tower Centre, 45 Queen Street, Auckland, on Tuesday, the 24th day of July 2001 at 10.00 a.m.
Business:
1. Report back on the proceeding of the liquidation to date.
2. Confirmation of the appointment of the liquidator.
3. Appointment of a liquidators' committee, if deemed necessary.
4. To receive the views of creditors.
Proxies:
Proxies are to be completed and deposited at the offices of the liquidator not later than 48 hours before the meeting.
