Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to Section 243 of the Companies Act 1993
A meeting of creditors is called to consider:
(a) an explanation from the liquidator of administration since appointment;
(b) to receive the views of creditors; and
(c) general business.
The meeting will be held on Friday, the 22nd day of June 2001 at 3.00 p.m. at the Conference Room, Albert Motor Lodge, 700 Main Street, Palmerston North.
