Notice of Meeting of Creditors
A meeting of creditors of S.P. Solutions Limited
(in liquidation) will be held by way of postal ballot on the 2nd day of May 2001.
The purpose of the postal ballot is to consider the resolution that:
"an application to the Court be made for the appointment of Dennis Clifford Parsons as liquidator in place of the official assignee".
For voting purposes, creditors' claims and postal votes must be lodged with the official assignee no later than the 2nd day of May 2001 at 12.00 midday.
