Notice to Creditors to Claim
Pursuant to the Companies Act 1993 and the Insurance Companies' Deposits Act 1953
Take notice that the liquidator of the company does hereby fix the 12th day of April 2001, as the prescribed day on or before which creditors of the company are to file their claims and to establish any rights under section 12 of the Insurance Companies' Deposits Act 1953 and priority under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
Failure to file a claim by the prescribed day will exclude late claimants from:
(a) the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are received by the liquidator; and
(b) objecting to any distribution made before the priority of their claims are established.
