Notice of Meeting of Creditors
In accordance with section 243 (3) of the Companies Act 1993, a meeting of creditors of the above-named company will be held at Ferrier Hodgson & Co, Chartered Accountants, Level Sixteen, Tower Centre, 45 Queen Street, Auckland, on Friday, the 16th day of March 2001 at 9.00 a.m.
Business:
1. Consideration of a report containing a statement of the company's affairs.
2. Whether to appoint another liquidator in place of the liquidator appointed.
3. Appointment of a liquidators' committee, if thought fit.
4. To receive the view of creditors.
