Application having been made to me to register a re-entry by Kevin Frank Gibbons, painter of Nelson, as lessor under memorandum of lease No. 326291.1 of all those parcels of land containing 602 square metres, being Lot 1, Deposited Plan 1673 (certificate of title 3C/124) and 389 square metres, being Lot 2, Deposited Plan 1673 (certificate of title 61/181) of which Lease Overview Holdings (No. 30) Limited is the registered lessee.
I hereby give notice that I will register such re-entry as requested at the expiration of 1 month from the date of the New Zealand Gazette containing this notice.
