44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, to dispense with the production of lease 654753 for the transmission of lease 654753 and a surrender of lease 654753, from Margaret Mary Ramanos to Paul Ronald John Ramanos and Philip Joseph Ramanos, lodged under 5114635.1, Land Registration District of Wellington.
Notice is hereby given of my intention to register the above document upon expiration of 14 days from the date of the publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
