44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, to dispense with the production of certificate of title 11C/144 for the restriction of memoranda of transmission from Te Arani Wilson and John Charles Gerrard to John Paikau and Te Whakawahi Anderson, lodged under 5112485, Land Registration District of South Auckland.
Notice is hereby given of my intention to register the above document upon expiration of 14 days from the date of the publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
