44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, to dispense with the production of the certificate of title WN6D/482 for the 5099424.2, surrender of lease 771153, and lease 5099424.3 of Flat 1, D.P. 90800 from Terence David Hurliman and Dennis Melville Smith to Terence David Hurliman, lodged under 5099424, Land Registration District of Wellington.
Notice is hereby given of my intention to register the above document upon expiration of 14 days from the date of the publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
