44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, to dispense with the production of the 9B/1204, for the discharge of mortgage, mortgage from Phillip Craig Armit and Wendy Margaret Parker to Phillip Craig Armit and Wendy Margaret Parker lodged under 5106673, Land Registration District of Nelson.
Notice is hereby given of my intention to register the above document upon expiration of 14 days from the date of the publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
