44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, to dispense with the production of lease 844628.2 for the registration of surrender of lease B. 817145.3, from John Archibald Moore, Nerissa Denis Moore and Vera McCaskey to John Archibald Moore and Nerissa Denis Moore, lodged under B. 817145.2.
Notice is hereby given of my intention to register the above document upon expiration of 14 days from the date of the publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
