I hereby give notice of an application lodged with me for the issue of a certificate of title for the below-named applicant, pursuant to section 3 of the Land Transfer Amendment Act 1963, for the land described below.
Such certificate of title may be issued and the existing registered estate determined unless caveat forbidding the same is lodged on or before the 5th day of March 2001.
Application 5793 by Victory Christian Centre of Wellington, for an estate in fee-simple as to 28 square metres, more or less, being part of Section 32, Hutt District, contained in certificate of title 61/267 (the 28 square metres is shown on a diagram attached to the application).
The current registered proprietor of the land is Mary Margaret Watkins.
