Application having been made to me, pursuant to section
121 (1) of the Land Transfer Act 1952, by Haukeka Mitchell, Tiaoperua Mitere and Riki Te Haimona Mitere
to notify upon the Register the re-entry and recovery of possession of the leasehold premises under lease B. 612930.1 of the land in certificate of title 55D/633, of which the lessee is Kerehitina Whanau Company Limited.
Notice is hereby given of my intention to register the application No. B. 669360.1, and to notify the re-entry upon the Register after the 24th day of November 2001.
