44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, to dispense with the production of certificate of title WN27C/562 for the declaration of loss from Clarice Lillian Aoake and Dean Aoake (deceased) to Clarice Lillian Aoake and Dean Aoake (deceased), lodged under 5077481.1, Land Registration District of Wellington.
Notice is hereby given of my intention to register the above document upon expiration of 14 days from the date of the publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
