44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, to dispense with the production of memorandum of mortgage D. 167430.4 for the registration of the discharge of the same memorandum of mortgage, lodged under D. 498674.
Notice is hereby given of my intention to register the above document upon expiration of 14 days from the date of this publication.
