Pursuant to section 121 of the Land Transfer Act 1952 notice is hereby given of application 5065881.1 for notification on the register of the re-entry and recovery of possession of the leasehold premises pursuant to memorandum of lease A. 445060.6 between Alpine Inn Limited as lessor and Habitat Holdings Limited as l(certificate of title CB18K/455-456 and CB25A/458-459 Land Registration District of Canterbury).
This notice expires on the 19th day of November 2001.
