44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, to dispense with the production of 2D/644 for the transfer power of sale and a mortgage from Michael Joseph Toia and Mary Virginia Toia to William Kenneth Calder and Grace Pamela Calder, lodged under 5092485, Land Registration District of Canterbury.
Notice is hereby given of my intention to register the above document upon expiration of 14 days from the date of the publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
