I hereby give notice of my intention to issue new or provisional instruments of title in place of those declared lost and described in the Schedule below upon the
expiration of 14 days from the date of the publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

I give notice of application by the lessor, The Napier City Council, to notify the re-entry of Leases 8858, 8697 and 100278.
The leases are registered against certificate of title 50/243 in the name of The Hawke's Bay Art Society Incorporated.
Period for objection to the re-entry expires 1 month from the date of this publication.
