Application having been made to me, pursuant to section
44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, to dispense with the production of Lease B. 571048.1 to enable the registration of a surrender of the said lease and an order for new certificates of title in terms of Plan 188468 under abstract D. 571814.
Notice is hereby given of my intention to register the above document upon expiration of 14 days from the date of this publication.
