44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, to dispense with the production of 43B/728 for the discharge of mortgage, transfer, mortgage from Donald Brett Mochan to Andrew David Beynon and Raelene Janice Beynon, lodged under 5084524.1, Land Registration District of Canterbury.
Notice is hereby given of my intention to register the above document upon expiration of 14 days from the date of the publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
