The undermentioned person has applied under the Joint Family Homes Act 1964 to register as a joint family home the land described below.
The land will be registered accordingly unless a caveat forbidding the granting of the application is lodged with me under that Act at the Land Information New Zealand Office at Wellington before the 7th day of January 2002, by some person claiming either to be a creditor of the applicant or to have some estate or interest in the said land.
JFH Application No. 5083797.1 in the names of Philip Ernest Leyland and Yvonne Clare Leyland, affecting all that parcel of land situated at 33 Gladstone Road, Levin, containing 4.0314 hectares, more or less, being Lot 2, D.P. 47370, comprised in certificate of title WN18A/759, Land Registration District of Wellington.
