Application having been made to me, pursuant to section
44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, to dispense with the production of the titles 1B/1300, 339/190, 332/258, 336/108, 3A/316 for the transfer, mortgage and order for new certificates of title from Peter John Sullivan to Christopher James Sullivan lodged under 5081661, Land Registration District of Canterbury.
Notice is hereby given of my intention to register the above document upon expiration of 14 days from the date of the publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
